Thinking about it, our site has developed a natural and light recipe for cocoa cream. A recipe so you can feed your children in a healthy, delicious and very homemade way.
- 100 ml milk
- 50 gr. peeled, toasted and chopped hazelnuts
- 50 gr. white chocolate
- 50 gr. milk chocolate
- 50 gr. chocolate fondant
- 75 gr. of sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
Tips: If you are going to store the cocoa cream, it is recommended that you have some glass jars with lids on hand to do so.
1. In a saucepan, mix the hazelnuts, the three types of chocolate and take it to the fire, to the water bath, without stopping to stir.
2. When this mixture is homogeneous, add the sugar, oil and milk. Stir everything until they are well integrated.
3. The cocoa cream is ready when all the mixture is homogeneous. The saucepan should then be removed from the heat and the cream allowed to cool before consuming it or storing it in a jar.
